"S-QUBE" as the name specifies, we are a partnership firm formed by three individual young entrepreneurs with vast experience in the field of construction, land development, banking and other various industries.

Mr. SANTHOSH M

A Computer Science Engineer after his successful employment for more than 08 years with Software giants like Dell and Infosys, with a vision towards developing our Mysore’s land development – housing industry got into the field. With an experience of more than 05 years in land development took this promise for quality construction and development through the formation of Sqube Consultants.

Mr. SHASHANK URS H R

A Computer Science Diploma Holder after his successful employment for more than 08 years with Banking Industry giants like ICICI Bank Auto Loans, HDFC Bank Auto & Home Loans, Axis Bank Ltd, Magma Finance Ltd and Dhanlakshmi Bank went on to become one of the most sorted out employee in the field of Auto Loans in Mysuru. With further improvement in his career he went onto to become the Manager and then General Manager of two prime builders and developer companies of Mysore. Following his dream of fulfilling and catering to the growing needs of real estate industry got into the field. With an additional experience of more than 07 years in housing construction and land development took this promise for quality construction and development through the formation of Sqube Consultants.

Mr. SANDEEP H R

A Civil Engineer started his career in business of various field viz., Individual House construction, Plumbing & Hardware sales, commercial gas agency, and concrete industry. With an experience of more than 08 years in all these various fields combined his vision with the other partners, in land development and house construction took this promise for quality construction and development through the formation of Sqube Consultants.
